johnny & megan bayush // lead pastors
Pastor Johnny & Megan met at Flood City Church and both served in different ministry capacities under our founding pastors. Megan has worked in various positions in ministry for 16 years and Johnny was the worship pastor for 4 years before they became lead pastors in October of 2018. They now have two little boys, Anthony and Mackenzie who love worship music, drums, and going to church. ben & Taylor carthew // youth pastors
Ben and Taylor Carthew are Family Ministry Pastors at Flood City Church. They have been married for 6 years and live at home with their two boys, Asher and Henry. Ben and Taylor started attending FCC in 2017 and became part of the staff shortly after in 2020. Their passion is in youth ministry and investing time into the lives of future generations. They meet every Wednesday at 6PM with FC Students to worship and discuss different topics that are challenging the students of today to spread the Word of God wherever they go. Chris & Tracy COllins // Staff Pastors
Pastors Chris and Tracy are new staff pastors at FCC but are not new to ministry. Chris has been doing ministry since 2016 and Tracy got her start in ministry in 2015. In 2023, they followed God’s calling and moved from Maine to Johnstown with their two boys, Brayden and Beckett. They also have an adult daughter, Maddy. You can often find Chris fixing things around the church or organizing community outreach while Tracy is more likely to be found doing administrative tasks. Steve and Jenn Ledwich // Staff Pastors
Pastors Steve and Jenn are active in ministry at FCC. Steve has a heart for Veterans and First responders and is working to launch a veterans and first responders ministry. Jenn hopes to bring families together in fellowship through small groups and church wide events such as a bi-monthly movie night! They relocated to Johnstown from Eastern PA with their three children and their dog, Bandit.
brad & Cathy westover // pastor emeritus
Pastor Brad & Cathy are Flood City Church’s founding pastors. They are now residing in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina but are honored as Pastor Emeritus of Flood City Church. We are blessed to have them when they are in town leading worship and leading bible studies!
